1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InsiderTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
InsiderTrack provides automated tracking and analysis of insider trading activity from SEC Form 4 filings. The service includes data ingestion, machine learning analysis, email alerts, and a dashboard interface.
3. Not Investment Advice
InsiderTrack is an informational and research tool. It is NOT a registered investment advisor and does not provide investment advice. All information is provided "as is" for educational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly ($29/month) or annually ($299/year) through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription.
5. Data Sources
Insider trading data is sourced from SEC EDGAR public filings. Market data is sourced from Alpaca. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of data.
6. Limitation of Liability
InsiderTrack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login information. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
